1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sabronmbc.com (the "Site"), operated by SABRONMBC LLC ("SABRONMBC", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including by overloading, flooding, or spamming; (d) introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code; (e) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; or (f) use automated means to scrape or harvest personal information from the Site.

Good-faith indexing by search engines and AI assistants in accordance with our robots.txt is welcome.

"SABRONMBC" and the SABRONMBC logo are marks of SABRONMBC LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use them.

4. Submissions

If you send us information through the contact form, chat, or email — such as project descriptions, feedback, or ideas — you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that information to respond to you, evaluate a potential engagement, and improve our services. Do not send us confidential information before a non-disclosure agreement is in place; unsolicited submissions are not received in confidence.

5. No Professional Advice

Content on the Site, including blog articles and case studies, is provided for general information only. It does not constitute engineering, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and you should not rely on it as such. Outcomes described in our case studies relate to specific systems and circumstances and are not a guarantee of similar results.

6. Client Engagements

Consulting and development services are provided under separately executed agreements (statements of work, master service agreements, or similar). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance without such an agreement.

7. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SABRONMBC LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SABRONMBC LLC from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement

We may revise these Terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and SABRONMBC LLC regarding use of the Site.
